Rockwater Resort - Oceanfront Getaway, Near Tanna

Rockwater Resort is located 5 km from Tanna. Vanuatu, where culture and custom are strong, is a land that is never raced, never hurried. The resort's elevated position over the ocean provides a safe platform to view storms and cyclones. Passive design principles capture cooling ocean breezes, drawing heat from thermal mass construction via internal air ducts. The restaurant uses sugar bowls, reusable jars, pitchers for milk and small serving dishes instead of wasteful packaged items. All water for the resort is sent back to the resort below. The resort will make every effort to retrieve items left behind for up to 30 days. Guests can fly to Ambae, Ambrym, Epi, Maewo, Malekula, Paama, Pentecost, the Banks and Torres Islands, or Santo to Lajmoli airfield.
